Dance Fitness Class

Join us for an exhilarating experience that will leave you energised and empowered! Dance Fitness is designed to make fitness fun, all while learning exciting dance moves in a supportive atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced dancer, the instructor will guide you through a fusion of Latin-inspired styles and Afro-Caribbean beats. You'll master new moves while grooving to cool beats.

Open to UCFitx members and casual participants. Members can book through the Technogym App, while casuals can sign up by contacting us in Building 29, by phone (6201 2542) or email (ucfit@canberra.edu.au).
