Do you find partaking in cardio hard or you make excuses in avoiding it, but you know that you should be doing some cardio? Consisting of the Cardio equipment in the Gym, combined with various body weight and free weights exercises. Our instructor will motivate you to push to your limits! Not only will you get a great workout, you'll be learning multiple functions of the cardio machines.
Every Monday & Wednesday 6:00pm-6:30pm.
