Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of exercise prescription as it pertains to performance. Students will apply the principles of exercise delivery and prescription, including in reference to athletic and occupational settings, within an appropriate scope of practice. Capacity to monitor and assess performance-based metrics will be demonstrated. Students will design and implement a training plan based on individual scenarios.
